Order Returns
Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, beauty, and personal-care products cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order details along with clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If an item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping may be covered as part of the resolution.
